Drill pipes are essential components used in various drilling applications, including DTH (Down-the-Hole), DTHR (Down-the-Hole Rotary), and DR (Direct Rotary). They consist of a steel pipe with a pin at one end and a box on the other. The primary function of the drill pipe is to transmit rotational torque and thrust from the drill rig's rotary head to the downhole drilling tools.
 

The selection of drill pipe diameter depends on the specific application requirements. Smaller DTH hammers typically require smaller diameter drill pipes, while larger hammers necessitate larger ones. Our available drill pipe diameters include 50mm, 60mm, 76mm, 89mm, 95mm, 102mm, 114mm, 127mm, 140mm, 159mm, and more.
 

The threads on the drill pipes are typically standard API connections, such as 2 3/8" API REG thread, 3 1/2" API REG thread, or API IF thread, among others. We also offer custom lengths of drill pipes ranging from 1000mm to 6000mm, catering to specific customer requirements.
