> Matrix-type diamond compact (PDC) drill is a cutting-type drill that welds the diamond compact to the drill matrix by brazing.
The matrix bit with tungsten carbide powder, and brazed on the tungsten carbide matrix with synthetic poly crystal line

>Steel body PDC drill bits are machined and formed using nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloys. After heat treatment, the drill bit body is drilled, and the artificial poly crystalline diamond composite sheet is welded to the tooth cavity of the drill bit base body by brazing.
