300DF Truck Water Well Drilling Rig

DF300 truck mounted water well drilling rig is a direct circulation rotary drilling rig. The drilling rig uses the Dongfeng 6×4 special drilling rig chassis, the model is DFS1251GL18, the emission standard is China III, and the 11.00R20 steel wire cross-country pattern tires are used, which has good off-road performance.

Ø The drilling rig has a compact structure, and the chassis engine is Yuchai YC6J180-33 diesel engine, emission of China III, 132kw/2500rpm with strong power.

Ø The drilling rig uses an independent diesel generator set as the power when drilling, and the mechanical hoistand the turntable work at the same time through the motor drive.

The drilling rig is equipped with mechanical double winches. The main and auxiliary hydraulic winches have the characteristics of large lifting force and fast lifting speed, which can meet the needs of normal drilling and have the ability to deal with general accidents in the well.

The hydraulic oil cylinder controls the advance and retreat of the wellhead card board to close the insurance card board to block or release the drill pipe joint.

Pneumatic integrated design realizes pneumatic remote control BW850/2A mud pump clutch, with high degree of automation, simple and labor-saving operation.

The rig is equipped with 4 hydraulic legs and two mechanical legs. The piston rod of each oil hydraulic leg cylinder equipped with thread and a lock nut. After the drilling rig is leveled, the oil cylinder can be locked with lock nut. In this way, even if the oil cylinder leaks, the chassis will not lose stability.

The turntable is a paddle type, which is internally driven by a spiral arc gear, and the torque transmitted is large, which is twice that of similar drilling rigs all over the world.

The hydraulic system adopts an open system, and the operation of getting on and off the car is separated to avoid misoperation. It is equipped with oil temperature heater in winter and oil temperature radiator in summer to adapt to the heating and heat dissipation of hydraulic oil in different seasons.

The drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading cylinder, which is used to push the ratchet teeth of the rotary table to unload the thread of the drill pipe joint, and then use the rotary table to reverse the unloading rod to prevent the impact force from damaging the rig gearbox when unloading the rod.
