Hydraulic Vertical Shaft Drilling Jumbo

GYSJZ series Hydraulic Vertical Shaft Drilling Jumbos are advanced and efficient mechanized special rock drilling equipment developed by us for deep mining and shaft construction. There are four models of products in this series: GYSJZ3.6, GYSJZ4.8, GYSJZ6.12 and GYSJZ4.10S.
 

GYSJZ3.6 It is powered by a 132Kw motor and equipped with three RC1200 high-frequency hydraulic rock drills. Rock drilling efficiency is 1-1.4 times that of YSJZ3.6 drilling rig. It can meet the requirements of vertical shaft rock drilling with an excavation diameter of 4-6 meters.
 

GYSJZ4.8 It is powered by two sets of 90Kw motors and equipped with four RC1200 high-frequency hydraulic rock drills, the rock drilling efficiency is 1.5-2 times that of the YSJZ4.8 drilling rig. It can meet the requirements of vertical shaft rock drilling with a diameter of 6-9 meters
 

GYSJZ6.12 It is powered by two sets of 132Kw motors and equipped with six RC1200 high-frequency hydraulic rock drills. Rock drilling efficiency is 1-1.4 times that of YSJZ6.12 drilling rig. It can meet the requirements of vertical shaft rock drilling with a diameter of 6-12 meters.
 

GYSJZ4.10S It is consists of two sets of GYSJZ4.8 hydraulic vertical shaft drilling rigs and adopts double drilling method. Powered by four 90Kw motors and equipped with eight RC1200 high-frequency hydraulic rock drills, the rock drilling efficiency is 1.5-2 times that of two sets YSJZ4.8 drilling rigs, and 1-1.4 times that of two sets YSJZ6.12 drilling rigs. It can meet the drilling operation of vertical shaft rock drilling with an excavation diameter of 8-12 meters, and GYSJZ4.10S is light weight (less than 10 tons), which does not need to be equipped with a super large hoisting winch.
 

GYSJZ series hydraulic shaft drilling jumbo is equipped with RC1200 rock drill. Compared with YSJZ3.6/YSJZ4.8/YSJZ6.12 equipped with HYD200 rock drill, it has the following advantages:
1. The RC1200 rock drill has strong power, and its rock drilling speed is 1.5-2 times that of the HYD200 rock drill.
2. The propeller is made of aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of light weight and corrosion resistance.
3. The water tank is made of stainless steel, which can ensure the cleanness of cooling and slag discharge water, so as to reduce the failure rate of related accessories.

Warranty of Underground Equipment: 

(1)Within the period of the first year after delivery, the main parts of Underground Equipment are guaranteed to be supplied free of charge once the problem caused by the quality issue. 

(2) Service at working site: If need, our technical engineer can be dispatched to the working site for technical
service, but the expense of ticket, accommodation, diet, service charge shall be on buyer's account. 

(3)Timely after-sale assistance shall be provided all the time.
