 DF400 Truck Mounted Water Well Drilling Rig is a direct circulation rotary drilling rig. It is equipped with the Dongfeng 6×4 special truck chassis and is equipped with 11.00R20 steel wire off-road tread tires, which has good off-road performance; the rig adopts Yuchai YC6J220-46 diesel engine, and the emission standard meets the national IV emission.  

 The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts an open system design, and the hydraulic control system of getting on and off is separated to avoid misoperation; the hydraulic system is equipped with an oil temperature heater in winter and an oil temperature radiator in summer to adapt to different seasons and regions for heating and cooling of hydraulic oil. 

 The drilling rig adopts hydraulic cylinder for feeding and lifting, stepless speed adjustment, and automatic drilling technology can be realized during drilling. It can automatically pressurize drilling under the weight of the drill pipe and drilling tool. It can also realize hydraulic control of drilling speed according to different geological conditions.

 The drilling rig can realize automatic pressurized drilling during drilling, adjust different pressures when drilling in different hard layers, and visually see the drilling pressure through the pressure gauge, and at the same time adjust the drilling speed;The drilling rig can realize the rapid drilling technology during drilling, that is, it can manually control the rapid drilling when drilling into the soft soil layer, realize different drilling speeds according to different stratum structures, and maximize the efficiency of drilling operations. 

 The drilling rig is equipped with a high-lift hydraulic main hoist, and the drilling tool is raised and lowered to achieve stepless speed regulation, and the rope is freely laid out. That is, the hydraulic winch can be slowly released when lifting heavy objects, so as to avoid damaging the drilling rig turntable and wellhead chuck during lifting; When the hydraulic winch is lowering a single drill rod, by operating the quick release handle, it can quickly release the rope like a traditional mechanical winch. 

 The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic tool hoist, which has the characteristics of large lifting force and fast lifting speed. It is convenient for loading and transportation of tools, drill pipes, accessories, etc., and can slide up and down with the aid of ground anchors when drilling wells, providing convenience for loading and unloading drill pipes during drilling operations. 

  The drilling rig has realized electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic integrated control, remote pneumatic control of BW850/2A mud pump clutch, high degree of automation, simple and labor-saving operation; hydraulic oil cylinder controls the advance and retreat of the wellhead card board, so that the insurance card board is closed to achieve jam or release drill pipe joints. 

 The drilling rig is equipped with four hydraulic supporting legs and two mechanical supporting legs. The piston rod of each hydraulic supporting leg cylinder is equipped with threads and a lock nut. After the drilling rig is leveled, the lock nut can be used to lock the cylinder, even if the balance cylinder appears accidental leakage will prevent the rig chassis from losing stability.
 
 The drilling rig is equipped with a 30kW generator, with a clutch that can be disengaged when not in use, to provide convenience for driving water pumps, night lighting, welding and maintenance, and daily electricity consumption on the construction site; The torque is large, twice that of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. 

The drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading cylinder. The cylinder is used to push the ratchet of the turntable, unload the thread of the drill pipe joint, and then use the turntable to reverse the unloading rod, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and increases the service life of the drilling rig. The rig has a beautiful appearance and is suitable for farmland water conservancy, water-saving irrigation, industrial deep wells, national defense construction, hydrological exploration, geothermal mine drilling, and can also be used for the construction of foundation pile holes in oilfield casings, highways, high-speed railways, wind power foundations, urban viaducts, etc., and they are well received by domestic and foreign customers.
