BW200 Mud Pump

The BW200 mud pump is a horizontal double- cylinder double-acting reciprocating piston pump, which is mainly used to supply flushing fluid to the borehole during drilling process. The mud or clean water should not have corrosive chemical impurities to the pump metal and oil resistance rubber while discharging.

The pump has a relatively uniform flow rate and small pressure fluctuations. It adopts a two-speed variable speed structure to obtain two displacements and corresponding two pump pressures. 

The pump body is made of aluminum alloy, so the overall size is small , light weight and good decomposability, which is convenient to carry in mountain area.

 (1)Within the period of the first year after delivery, the main parts of mud pump are guaranteed to be supplied free of charge once the problem caused by the quality issue.

 (2) Service at working site: If need, our technical engineer can be dispatched to the working site for technical service, but the expense of ticket, accommodation, diet, service charge shall be on buyer's account.

(3)Timely after-sale assistance shall be provided all the time.
