Product Description

General Description and Application:

 Our rig DXA165 is a firm, integrated, self propelled, crawler mounted, diesel engine driven(electric driven is optional), hydraulically operated blast hole drilling rig for drilling holes from 115 mm to180 mmdiameter by DTH method in soft to hard formations.

The rig is a full hydraulic and high-efficiency drilling machine, which is widely used for slope presplit and blast hole projects in surface mine, stone pit, etc. The compressor, power unit, hydraulic system, cooler, dust collection system etc. are mounted on the excavator type chassis.

Main Feature:

1. DXA165's main frame is made of rolled structural steel, which is very firm and durable.

2. DXA165 adopts top drive type hydraulic rotary head. Two Eaton Brand low speed & high torque cycloid motors drive the gear reducer to adjust bypass flow control valve on the console according to the working condition.

3. A drilling rod changer (carousel) is mounted on the tower, which can contain 5 pieces of drilling rods. It can provide easy and automatically (rod) changing. This rod changer is designed for manual or remote swing in and swing out operations.

4. DXA165 adopts the CUMMINS M11-C330 engine with advanced exhaust gas turbocharger and intake intercooler.

5. The DXA165 is using Sullair 600XH screw air compressor, it giving17 m3/min (600 CFM) at 13.8 bar (200 psi) is a single stage oil flooded rotary screw design.
